Conference mobile web

All registered participants will receive a text message with a link to a mobile web with the entrance ticket and all practical information included a couple of days prior to the conference.

Public transportation

Bus no. 1 (the red line) departs regularly from the city center to Huskvarna. Ask at the front desk at your hotel for the closest bus stop. Disembark at bus stop Elmia, cross the road and Elmia Congress Center is located behind Rosenlundsbadet and Scandic Elmia Hotel. All registered participants (registered before 14th January) will receive an offer to travel for free with public transportation during the conference.

Onsite Registration

The Conference Registration desk is located in the entrance area at Elmia Congress Center.

Friday 26th January 8.00-9.00


To collect your badge onsite you need to bring the email confirmation (printed or on your smartphone) or the text message that has been sent to you in advance, containing the barcode that you will be scanning in the self-service desks in the registration area. Delegate badges must be worn at all times to gain access to the conference sessions, exhibition, and social events. Please note that we cannot replace lost badges.


A small exhibition will take place in the foyer in connection to the plenary hall and seminar rooms. This is also where posters are available.


The full program of ENTER2018 can be found on the website. A printed copy of the program will be available at the registration desk. A digital copy of the program will be available in the mobile web.


The official language of the conference is English.


There is a free wifi in the conference venue called “Elmia_Free” no password needed.


There are cloakroom facilities at the congress center.

Delegate coffee- & lunch breaks

Coffee and lunch is included in the conference registration and will be held in the foyer in connection to the plenary hall and seminar rooms.

Other useful information

Currency & ATM Machine

The currency in Sweden is Swedish Krona (kr) / SEK. Some places do not accept cash. Debit/Credit card is the most common way to pay in Sweden.

First Aid

In case of medical need, please come to the onsite registration desk and we will help you. With medical emergency please call 112.

No smoking policy

According to Swedish law, smoking is prohibited inside any building, venue, hotels, busses, etc. Smoking is only allowed in open-air zones.


Lost-and-Found will be collected in the registration.


The Organizers cannot be held responsible for accidents to participants or for damage to or loss of their personal property howsoever caused.


We hope for snow but it’s hard to forecast. Expect around -5 to 0 degrees and some cold wind from Lake Vättern.
